Wanton cooking instruction

1. Prepare soup however you want: Chicken/Beef/Turkey/Seafood broth soup or use the base of soy sauce, salt, pepper and  sesame oil then add anything you like to be in the soup. 

2. Use a deep pot and fill enough water (at least 3 times of the volume of the portion you plan to cook). 

3. When the Water is boiling put in the wantons and stir them immediately as they tend to go to the bottom and stick to it. That is why the deep pot is better than the shallow water one.

4.  Cover the lid let it cook to boiling.  Fee free to stir if you see wantons go down to the bottom.  Usually the boiling water can float them up if not too many of them.

5.  Add some cold water (half cup-ish) and cover the lid to cook it to boiling again. Repeat #5 if wanton is frozen in order to cook the meat thoroughly.

6. Drain the wanton out of boiling water and put in the soup to serve.
